Lots of little odds and ends to tell you about.
Howard's Mom (aka Grandma Lovey) celebrated her 80th birthday on April 16!  It's a great milestone and we will have to have a celebration upon our return next winter.  Grandma also had surgery in late March and is making slow but steady improvement.  Latest word is she'll be home in the next two or three days.  It's been difficult being so far away but she is always in our thoughts.  We love you Grandma Lovey.
It's finally happened!  Colt lost his 1st tooth on Sunday.  He put his tooth under his pillow and the Tooth Fairy brought $3.85....one of each type of Australian coin.  Four days later, on Thursday, Kent pulled out one of his molars.  I think he might have been short on cash!
The big boys have been spending lots of time with friends.  They have sleep overs most weekends.  Tonight, Kent's two mates, Jesse and Dean are staying over.  Last weekend they were at Dean's and next weekend, they are staying at Jesse's after his birthday party.  These three are funny, kind, polite, athletic and just great boys...That being said, I haven't put them to bed yet.  At the last two sleepovers, they had farting competitions under the blankets....Dutch Oven..gross!  Wish me luck tonight!

All four of the boys have begun playing Australian Rules Football.  (That's what the boys are watching in the photo above.)  It's a great, fast game and Cody and Kent say it's one of their favorite sports!  They all play tomorrow in Griffith so I'll add pictures under More....Sports....AFL.

My principal has now left on long service leave for the rest of Term 2.  Before he left, he said that I could take an additional 4 days of holidays in June to go on another holiday with my family.  Very exciting for us but, when carefully looking at the calendar, we are having a difficult time finding a stretch of days that are not interupted with AFL or school commitments.  We'll keep planning and let you know.  After that, our next term holidays are the first two weeks of July when we are off to the Great Barrier Reef!  Very exciting!

Thanks for all your messages, e-mails, letters and packages.  We do get them all but sometimes are slow to respond.  We love to know what's going on at home with you.  Facebook has been helpful too.  We hope you are great.  Talk soon.
